3rd Shift Forktruck

1. Operate a pallet jack.
2. Achieve forklift certification.
3. Operate a forklift.
4. Perform and record inspections on forklifts.
5. Review and comprehend instructions on the Quality Requirement Sheet (QRS).
6. Read and comprehend Warehouse Material Schedules.
7. Prepare and stage raw materials for use in production.
8. Return raw materials to inventory upon completion of work orders.
9. Ensure material on hold and/or rejected are placed in proper locations.
10. Store finished extrusion product in inventory.
11. Store finished grinder product in inventory.
12. Assist in transport of plastic scrap/empty bins.
13. Utilize software to perform inventory transfers and material issues.
14. Load scrap materials trailers.
15. Monitor inventory locations.
16. Assist in loading finished product onto trailer for shipment to off-site warehouse.
17. Perform cycle verification checks.
