Location: Kitchener/ Waterloo, ON
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000

Hours: Full Time

Company Overview:

A leading builder in Kitchener/ Waterloo is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Liaison to join there growing procurment team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Administer the accounts payable system.
  • Manage vendor relations.
  • Maintain purchasing records.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payments and purchase orders.
  • Research invoices that were paid, but were later found to be fraudulent.

Skills and Experience:
● 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Administrative role
● Intermediate to advance skill with Microsoft Excel.
● Ambitious Attitude, with an adaptability to work with different sets of process'.
● Detail oriented, strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with

Accounts payable, Procurment, invoicing, Administration, Vendor relations, Payment, loss prevention, excel, accounts payable clerk, MS excel, Microsoft Excel,
