We are looking for an organized, energetic motivated individual to provide leadership to financial support staff by overseeing payments and ensuring financial services policy and procedures are adhered to. You will provide direct and functional supervision to support staff. You will determine clerical needs, prepare job descriptions and complete the staffing process, provide orientation, evaluate performance, determine training needs, approve leaves and participate as a team member within the office environment and in staff meetings.
Your knowledge of office administrative procedures and policy, accounting principles, protocols, records management, budget processes, filing systems, office equipment, computer applications and your ability to establish and maintain open and honest work relationships with a variety of other individuals will be key to your success in this position.
