Applicants should possess great interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, be creative problem solvers, and take initiative when required. Compensation:$22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence while maintaining a professional, courteous and friendly manner
- Work closely with an Executive Assistant
- Ability to plan client and team events
- Research and coordinate vendor bookings (e.g., sign installation, maintenance person, window washer, photographer)
- Provide administrative services for the team, including, but not limited to, arranging and coordinating meetings, maintaining an accurate and efficient filing system, typing documents, editing documents, printing letters, etc.
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Prior experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
- Post-secondary education in office/business administration is considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly customer service approach coupled with exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
- Superior organizational and time management skills
