About this job
As an Administrative Support Professional, you will perform a range of clerical and administrative duties in support to HR professionals in staffing and recruitment, HR systems and reporting, labour relations, professional development, compensation and benefits, occupational health and safety, and more. You may also be asked to provide administrative support to other internal teams, such as our financial management group, our financial and/or performance audit practices, our information technology and information management groups, and other corporate services.

Essential qualifications
Education
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Experience
- Experience in providing administrative support services, such as managing a calendar, filtering calls, organizing meetings, preparing documents, managing emails and replies, maintaining a bring forward system, electronic filing and filing, and preparing other materials;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience in communicating with internal and external clients in a service-oriented context
Asset qualifications
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business/public/office administration, or in another relevant field
Language requirements
Bilingual (French and English)
