Aide de serre
Rôle
Sous la direction du responsable de la serre, l’aide de serre est responsable du bien-être des plantes et de l’entretien général de la serre.
Responsabilités

• Récolte de légumes frais, afin qu’ils puissent être livrés aux Lufavores dans les plus brefs délais
• Entretien des plantes (comme la taille, l'attachage, l’effeuillage, l’élagage), et d’autres tâches d’entretien comme l’installation des pièges à insectes
• Maintien des outils en bon état
• Organisation de la serre et maintien de sa propreté

Exigences

• Être physiquement et mentalement capable de maintenir le rythme pendant 8 heures de travail physique dans un environnement chaud et humide
• Habileté à travailler rapidement, minutieusement, sans faire d’erreurs
• Excellente éthique de travail, flexibilité, souci du détail

• Ville Saint Laurent temps plein 7:00 à 16:00 (45 heures/semaine lundi au vendredi)

Greenhouse Aid
Role
As a Greenhouse Aid you are responsible for the well-being of the plants as well as the general appearance of the greenhouse. In this position you will report to the Greenhouse Supervisor.
Responsibilities

• Crop work (such as clipping, twining, deleafing, fruit pruning) and other crop/greenhouse related tasks (such as installation of sticky traps)
• Keeping the tools you use in good condition
• Keeping the greenhouse clean and organized
• Part of weekend checklist rotation
• Carry out all activities as scheduled and/or requested by Greenhouse Supervisor

Requirements

• Must be physically and mentally able to maintain cruising speed during 8 hours of physical labour in a hot and humid environment
• Ability to work quickly and precisely without making errors
• Great work ethic, flexibility, and attention to detail

• Ville Saint Laurent Full Time 7:00AM to 4:00PM (45 Hours/Week Monday-Friday)
