Job description

Avalon is seeking an experienced ADON to assist the DON in organizing and overseeing all nursing operations of the facility. This candidate should be efficient and dedicated to problem solving with a goal to foster an excellent working environment. This candidate will directly oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel, guide staffing procedures, organize and coordinate admissions, develop and enforce policies aiming for high quality standards, assist in controlling the nursing budget, and must have an excellent ability to lead and develop personnel.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
