We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated & passionate people to join our team! We strive to attract employees who have an enthusiasm and passion for enthusiastic customer service and great drinks!Having experience working with customer service, fast paced environment, food and beverage experience is an asset but not a requirement. Functions of this job entail cash handling at the POS, customer service, sales & daily routine cleanliness & maintenance, tea and drink preparation and various other duties required in a cafe.

• Food & Beverage experience considered an asset

• Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties include:

• Provide exceptional guest experiences for all our patrons one drink at a time!
• Prepare Craft Tea beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers
• Operate the Point of Sales (POS) and safely handle cash
• Maintain safe and healthy work environments by the following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed
• Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to all the cleaning protocols for all operations in the store

• Ability to work standing, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. and carry items as required

Operating Hours & Availability:

• The ideal full-time candidates should be available a minimum of 35 hours per week and including the ability to work opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• The ideal part-time candidates should be available to work 3-4 shifts per week and including the ability to work opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
