Our Business Development Center (Call Center) is looking for an outgoing, customer service-oriented BDC Representative to work. This role is completely remote! Training will most likely be at our Langley Location.
The Position
You're naturally friendly and just want to help people to the best of your abilities. It will be an asset if you know more than 1 language for this position!
Our BDC Reps help coordinate appointments for our Service customers, but they are gearing up to do so much more...mainly, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT...in other words, help drive business to our stores!
You'll do all of this over the phone, so you have to have a friendly voice and ROCKSTAR customer service skills. You will be answering phone calls and will learn to navigate the system of multiple dealerships.
