CLERICAL SUPPORT
PAGC Third-Level Education Office
The PAGC Education (Third-Level Service) Department is now accepting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Clerical Support.
Clerical Duties:
- Typing various documents for all staff and any photocopying and/or faxing
- Assist staff with developing filing systems specific to PSIT programs and ensuring their work areas are organized
- Ensure all forms for staff are in good supply
- Distribute mail and ship packages whenever necessary
- Distribute faxes on arrival
- Answering and directing calls
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Assisting with the assembly of meeting kits/events
- Assisting in Microsoft Team events.
- Knowledgeable about Google Docs
- Assisting with the assembly of reporting for programs
- Assists by covering the phone when necessary
- Assembling information as it comes in that are related to the reporting system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Post secondary training in related area preferred.
- Two years clerical experience or equivalent, preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Familiarity with telephone and computer systems, Microsoft office products.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail.
