Ridgeback Basement Systems is expanding and looking for full-time Construction Workers / Installers.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour ( With the potential to move up to a foreman position, commission on jobs installed)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Our Construction positions are full-time Monday - Friday with occasional weekends. Hourly wage plus bonus. Must be comfortable working year-round with no seasonal layoffs.
- Daily and overnight travel is required depending on scheduling requirements
- Ability to work hard
- Ability to work with heavy materials, lift heavy tools
- Move buckets of construction debris from job sites
- Able to use a jackhammer, or willing to learn
- Individuals must have a valid driver's license
- Able and willing to deal with problems on the fly and solve install issues effectively
