We are looking for Correctional RN in San Quentin, CA. We need someone with min 1-year experience as Correctional RN.

Shift Time: Morning, Evening and Night

Contract: 17 Weeks

Confirmed Hours: 40 hours per week (8*5)

Pay Package:

Rate: $81.67/hr. (for Travelers)

Package for Travelers (Based on 40 hours per week)

Total Gross Income: $3266.8/week

Non-Taxable Amount: $1680/week (Max)

Taxable Amount: $1586.8/week

Certificates: BLS must be from AHA (American Heart Association).

Licensure: Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state of California

Responsibilities

· The Registered Nurse (Correctional) provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the client.

· The Registered Nurse (Correctional) prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.

· The Registered Nurse (Correctional) is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit.

· The Registered Nurse (Correctional) monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

· The Registered Nurse (Correctional) perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
