Quadra Building Maintenance is expanding and we are currently seeking individuals to fill part time, full time, temporary and casual positions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing cleaning services in areas such as a Community hall, a Factory, offices, classrooms, rest rooms, gymnasiums and common areas. Assisting in garbage and recycling programs, ensuring building security and proper alarming procedures, assisting in special seasonal time cleaning duties. The perfect candidate will have a the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They must have the physical capability to perform all cleaning and janitorial duties. A current criminal record check is required and the worker must be bondable. Experience is an asset, however, training will be given to all new staff. Wage is $18.50/hour with 4% vacation pay.
