CloudArmy is seeking a full time entry level Customer Experience Manager. The successful candidate will help us raise quality standards in customer interactions and deliverables as well establish best practices for all aspects of customer experience. Qualified candidates will be well organized and have good self-management as well as project management skills. Reporting to the COO this person will be in service to our Sales, Client Service, Operations, and Development teams with a focus on improving project management, customer communications, processes, and deliverable quality. Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post secondary education
• Excellent communication skills including strong command of English language as writer and editor
• Attention to detail
• Self-organizer and planner. Familiar with scheduling and planning systems.
• Interest in developing Project Management skills
• Fluency with business software (Office tools/Google GSuite), social media platforms, and project management tools is essential.
• Looking for general technical skills: Mac and Windows, iPhone and Android. Need to have a keen technical interest.
