Customer Success Associate
Customer Service experience required
Work from home

Knowledge of Google Suite applications preferred, or MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)

Knowledge of CRMs and Zen Desk or other ticketing system preferred

Part time, virtual, approximately 20 hours per week

Weekdays during standard business hours – flexible

Hi, I’m Susan Berkley, voice over artist (voice of Citibank), persuasive communications expert, author, entrepreneur and founder of The Great Voice Company. Through our virtual trainings, our amazing team of 5-star employees and coaches help people fulfill their dreams of becoming professional voice over artists.

We’re growing and I’m seeking someone on a part-time basis to join our team as a virtual Customer Success Associate.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via email within Zen Desk ticketing system
• Answer calls to our support desk, making outbound calls as needed- we will provide an internet phone with a “Great Voice” extension
• Walk customers through our membership sites, troubleshooting and helping them access their programs as needed
• Manage monthly audio submissions from members of our Speak To Perform coaching program, storing them in the appropriate mailbox on our Google Drive, making sure files are of the proper length and format
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Project a warm, friendly, welcoming image in all communications, patient, professional, encouraging

Added benefit: complimentary admission to our voice over training programs after 30 days (except where registration is limited)

Compensation: $15-$18/hr
