Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience managing relationships with external clients and vendors, in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role of this team member is best suited to someone who is personable, methodical and has great attention to detail.

Your job will be to support our new and expanding network of distribution partners across the United States and Canada and help with a variety of tasks related to sales and order processing. You'll work alongside our Client Services and Logistics Manager and will be involved in managing our ‘Collections' line of pre-engineered play structures.

Ideal candidates:

• have a post-secondary education in a similar field (bonus, but not required);
• are customer service oriented and have experience working within this sector;
• have a bit of a technical brain and love problem-solving different situations;
• are excited and interested in learning new software (like Sketchup or Excel);
• enjoy collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team but also work effectively with little supervision;
• have a growth mindset, and learn from your mistakes;
• have excellent attention to detail;
• are uber-organized, and seem to have a system for everything;
• have a natural ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently;
• have a creative mind and willingness to think outside the box.

Compensation

$23.00-$26.00/hour based on experience
