We are currently searching for a qualified Desktop Technician to join a large and successful company onsite in Kalamazoo, MI. This role will require driving between buildings.

We are currently searching for a qualified Desktop Technician to join a large and successful company onsite in Kalamazoo, MI. This role will require driving between buildings.
Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

Break-Fix support, changing system boards, hdds, laptop LCDs etc.

Trouble shooting both hardware and software
-

IMAC – receiving equipment, unboxing, and deploying (set up, breakdown)
-
Responsible for shipping and tracking equipment to remote users, tracking returns, and documenting everything in the ticket

Provide support for laptops and a mix of network printers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-
ServiceNow ticketing system experience
-
Comptia A+ certification required
-
Lenovo warranty certifications a plus
-
Supporting Windows 10
-
MS Office 0365 experience
-
Remote access experience
-
SCCM Imaging experience
-
Asset management experience
-
Must be detailed and process oriented
-
Must be able to work independently following detailed steps

Must be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status

Must be professional, well spoken, good verbal and written communications skills
