Job description
The role of a Digital Advertising Marketing Specialist is to manage the digital channels (digital advertising and website) and use them to generate leads and nurture leads to conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Create and set up digital ads including A/B testing, dynamic ads, conversion tags
- Write ads and provide direction to creative team for graphics
- Monitor ad performance and budgets for optimization
- Create landing pages specific to ads in Hubspot
- Analyze and report on ad performance and make recommendations based on metrics
- Ensure all digital ad related assets are posted on website
- Analyze and report on website traffic from PPC campaigns for optimization
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
- Knowledge and skill of CRM website tools, preferably HubSpot
- Expertise in Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Insights into Google Analytics and reporting
- Highly analytical
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and great time management skills
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Ability to be truly collaborative with cross-functional teams
