Special Tree's state-of-the-art NeuroCare Campus is located on four-wooded acres in a quiet suburban community in Romulus, MI and was designed specifically to meet the needs of those with brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation. With the most advanced technology and amenities available, we serve clients with active, long term, and transitional needs through our subacute care unit, full service therapy clinic, and a neuro residential program.

As a direct care, you are a Rehab Service Technician who is a key contributor and works in a team environment to care for patients. You will provide client services for personal care, hygiene, and nutritional needs; including bathing, grooming, dressing, care of skin, teeth, hair, ears, nails, eating, toileting/elimination, and promoting self-care activities. CNAs provide follow through of therapeutic and/or medical needs which may include, but are not limited to, wheelchair sitting programs, positioning, range of motion exercises, feeding plans, behavior modification plans, bowel and bladder training programs, other individual-specific programs as assigned. You will assist in the prevention of contractures and skin breakdown by providing client care that upholds positioning, use of bivalves, splints, orthotic devices, and other special aids. Client care is documented in the electronic health record (Point Click Care).

Full-time opportunities available;12 hour shifts available

• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
