We are currently hiring for a Dispatcher for our Sexsmith location.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Take client calls
• Dispatch trucks and crews
• Create turnaround rosters
• Create and update workers schedules
• Build, correct and approve tickets
• Create PO's for job related expenses
• Approve crew time off requests
• Ensure all required equipment, chemical tools, ect are packed and ready to go for each job
• Approve all shop time requests and approve shop time payroll

Additional qualities required:

• Valid Standard First Aid, H2S Alive
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and people at one time
• Professional, motivated, adaptive.
• Excellent communication skills – English fluency both written and verbal
• Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliability and consistent attendance are imperative to this position.
