Job description
The Quality Potlight family is specialized in electrical work in finished residential homes. We are looking for 1-2 Electricians and helpers (full time). We work minimum 50 hours a week and on average between 60-70 hours a week. Please make sure you are willing to commit yourself to long hours before applying. Cleanliness and reliability are two major requirements for this position.
Our wages range from $16 to $40 (with a bonus) and that is based on your performance, previous experience, and learning potential at work. Your starting wage will be determined within the first few days of working with us and will quickly rise according to performance improvements.
Helper positions start at $16 per hour (with a bonus), can quickly rise to $17 within the first month after the probation period. As a helper, your rate can go up to $20 an hour in 6 months depending on your improvements at work. Electricians can quickly rise to $25 (with a bonus) within the first 6 months, to upwards of $40 per hour. As we work all over the GTA, travel time is paid. Departure is from Markham.
Training will be provided. You will need to bring/purchase some basic tools such as a wire stripper and a small impact drill.
