PCL Energy is seeking Electricians for our Capital Power Genesee (Warburg, AB) Project.

Work Conditions & Remuneration:

• Journeyperson Base wage $45.29 /hr.
• 10 hours per day: 8 hours Regular Time and 2 hours Overtime per day worked
• 10% Vacation
• 5 / 2 Rotation
• Two 30-minute breaks (first break paid)
• Must be able to work outside in various types of weather conditions
• Safety training provided
• Own transportation required
• Daily Travel Available

Project description:

• Repowering of existing Unit 1 & Unit 2 steam turbines at Genesee Generating Station 1 x 1 combined cycle blocks, which include one frame gas turbine generator (GTC), and one heat recovery steam generator (HRSG). The GTC includes a bypass stack and shall be capable of simple cycle operation.
• This project you must have your own transportation to site.
• 12 month duration +/-

• Being safety conscious and adhere to all PCL safety processes and policies
• Having the qualification and training requirements are dependent on specific work conditions
