Job description

Job Description: This position is responsible for the stuffing and insulation of laminated sidewalls to be installed into travel trailers or 5th wheels, as outlined by the product blueprints.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sets up walls onto table to be stuffed
• Stages foam for installation in wall
• Cuts excess foam off to fit in wall as outlined by frame
• Tapes foam to frame to ensure foam is secured
• Installs backs onto walls using glue
• Stages finished walls for lamination
• Checks wire channel to ensure within specification
• Ability to clean up department
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous stuffing/RV experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to read tape measure
• Ability to read blue prints
• Experience with staple gun preferred
• Experience with cutting tools (utility knives) preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach overhead on a regular basis throughout the workday
• Ability to work on elevated tables
