Position Summary:
The Senior Employment Investigator is responsible for conducting objective, balanced, and thorough investigations into employee matters that may be potential violations of law or company policy and initiatives using the highest level of integrity and business ethics, leveraging insights to influence all levels of the organization. The Senior Employment Investigator conducts prompt, thorough, and fair investigations comprising of background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings in partnership with Labor Relations, Business Consulting, legal counsel, and business leaders.
Minimum Requirements:
Seven (7) years of progressive Human Resource experience including hands-on EEO Investigation experience and/or 7 years of full-time investigations.
Experience in interpretation of personnel policy and managing a wide range of employee issuess.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
Masters’ Degree or JD preferred

Compensation Range:
M28 - Min: $58.09-Max: $83.59
