Summary/Objective:
As the Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing sales leads and actively cold-calling potential customers to expand the customer base. This person needs a technical understanding and experience selling data as a product to effectively communicate the value of software products to customers. In this role, you will sell our data and get it into customers’ hands.
Essential Functions:
  • Research and identify potential customers for data products and services.
  • Actively develop leads through direct outreach.
  • Achieve the team’s sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time.
  • Research and validate market opportunities available for data products and services.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for new data products and services.
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess product needs and determine system requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that communicate the value of data products to customers and prospective customers.
  • Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
  • Keep informed on industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about existing and emerging technologies, the latest product-line developments, and handling external communications.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with pipeline generation and lead acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.

Required Experience/Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of proven Sales experience.
  • Experience in business-to-business data sales is highly desired.
  • Previous experience in the Autonomous Vehicle industry is highly desired.
  • Technical certifications, certificate programs, and/or higher-level training are highly desired.
