DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Dispatch & Consignment:

1. Dispatch equipment accurately and professionally to technicians.

2. Follow the procedure for the management of consigned equipment.

3. Consign equipment in Pixsys System daily and prepare Sage invoices.

4. Prepare daily perpetual inventory report and assist Inventory Department with any discrepancies in the office and field inventory levels.

5. Collect RMA from technicians.

6. Prepare RMA list and equipment to be shipped to Dish Network.

7. Ensure the weekly RMA shipments go on schedule and request RMA shipping labels in advance.

8. Submit the RMA information and replacements to the PR inventory office.

9. Follow up on technicians to return RMA on time.

10. Provide support to technicians.

11. Maintain clean and orderly dispatch & warehouse area.

12. Maintain files and records of the technicians; inventory dispatch and inventory received.

II. Warehouse:

13. Receive shipments and assist the delivery courier.

14. Sort and place equipment or items on pallets, racks, shelves, or bins.

15. Store inventory based on FIFO Inventory System.

16. Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe. Keep warehouse areas clean and organized.

17. Operate hand trucks to haul equipment.

18. Maintain proper inventory levels in the warehouse and in reports.

19. Maintain established dispatch control measures.

20. Inform the Inventory Department of any equipment discrepancies and the shortage.

IV. Other responsibilities:

21. Answer customers' questions, and provide information on products, procedures, policies, and services.

22. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and Company information.

23. Must use the company’s vehicle for bank deposits, post office shipments, transfer of materials, company trash disposal, or any other company’s related duties.

24. Maintain the company image; use dress code and keep professional and ethical behavior at all times.

25. Other related duties as assigned or deemed necessary.

Performance and Evaluation: Success in the position will be measured according to the monthly performance. The performance will be evaluated every month by the Supervisor in relevant areas, including but not limited to completion of goals and individual tactics, communication, teamwork, leadership, creativity, responsibility, self-motivation, attitude, and potential for growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Dispatching: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Client Services & Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
