Job description
The Executive Assistant reports to and provides support to the President/COO at Showa’s corporate office in Menlo, Georgia.
Specific duties include:
1. Maintain orderly and organized office. Handle mail in and out of president/coo’s office
2. Make appropriate travel arrangements for executive meetings.
3. Coordinate monthly management meetings including scheduling, agendas, presentation materials, and meals.
4. Monthly reconciliation of expenses for President/COO.
5. Maintain organizational chart for all locations.
6. Compile and distribute various weekly and monthly reports pertaining to cost, production, inventory levels, standard cost, employees, energy expense, and price quotes. The reports include information for all locations.
7. Work with general counsel on relevant legal matters.
8. Make necessary travel arrangements and agendas when requested for President/COO and other members of Showa staff.
9. Handle the necessary documentation to obtain/renew passports and obtain travel visas for members of Showa staff.
10. Handle apartment leasing and utility services for President/COO and designated employees, and address any issues that may arise during absence.
Requirements:
A. High-school diploma required; college degree preferred.
B. Must have excellent clerical skills and have good written and oral communication skills.
C. Must be organized, and be able to prioritize projects and handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
