As an Executive Assistant supporting our Strategic Solutions Group within Macquarie Asset Management, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Expense processing and approvals
- Invoicing and expense policy oversight, specifically reviewing monthly reports and invoicing for Strategic Solutions before financial sign-off by COO
- Policy enforcement
- Management of Strategic Solutions administrative staff (~5 staff in total), managing mid-year reviews, and overseeing performance management process where necessary
- Assist with recruitment of administrative staff for Strategic Solutions
- Oversight of Strategic Solutions staff events
- Performing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties as needed
- Preparing/editing PowerPoint and Word documents
- Working on assigned projects with minimal supervision
- Assisting with confidential AP processing
- Quarterly review and sign off, of access persons
- Provide EA assistance to Senior Leaders

Macquarie Asset Management’s Strategic Solutions provides innovative solutions to Macquarie Asset Management and external clients that meet the needs of changing investor demands and industry changes. It consists of four key teams currently:
- Corporate Development – responsible for strategic growth of Macquarie Asset Management through inorganic initiatives (acquisitions, investments and partnerships) and new Macquarie Asset Management business or product initiatives.
- Secondaries – partners with GPs and LPs when they require liquidity solutions for their funds and portfolios.
- Wealth Solutions - structures and delivers a suite of alternative investment products to the high-net-worth individual investor market.
- Insurance Solutions – aggregated insurance distribution across Macquarie Asset Management’s business and also for clients. Establishment of a Macquarie Asset Management’s reinsurance business.

Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $110,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
