Five Guys Crew Member

Five Guys is now hiring Crew Members to join our restaurant team who aspire to work toward a management position. As a part of the Crew you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Takes orders and serves/prepares meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her actions
• Work well with team members during shifts
• Arrives early and prepared, and willing to stay past scheduled time, if necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude
• Previous experience in food and/or retail management is preferred
• PT/FT availability

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
