Job Summary:

As a Fleet Administrator with Ledcor Technical Services, you will gain experience in an exciting industry and find lots of room for growth in your career. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fleet and equipment team. You will have stability in knowing you have long term employment and growth opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide support to fleet and equipment team with various tasks
• Carry out a wide range of sensitive and diverse administrative and recordkeeping duties which includes, but not limited to: collecting and reviewing driver files, ordering and tracking of GPS devices, and following up with drivers on expiring documentation.
• Complete administrative tasks such as: data entry, uploading and filing of documents
• Provide regular updates and reporting to the project team on the status of each project as well as any documents or information outstanding.
• May support other groups within Ledcor with administrative and reporting tasks. May perform other related duties as assigned (eg ad hoc reporting)

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years in a project support role. Experience within the Telecommunication or related industry is an asset.
• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative to troubleshoot assigned tasks and liaise with other departments and external resources.
• Demonstrates reliability, good judgment, and professionalism.
• Excellent customer service focus with an ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic and objectivity; highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability for learning various computer systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Work Conditions:

• Can work remote with some office time required
