What you do: Retail Leads support the Management team by ensuring operational excellence during your scheduled shift.
Key Responsibilities: You help to oversee team training and daily operations including orders and inventory management. Our cross-trained team performs all floor positions including:

• prep
• line work
• customer engagement
• upkeep of store facilities

Who we are: Homegrown Sustainably Sourced is a fast-casual sandwich and grain bowl concept with multiple locations across the greater Seattle area. We serve seasonal, organic farm-to-table produce via our proud partnership with Ecolibrium Farms in Woodinville, WA. Our business is predominantly lunch driven, with our highest volume between 11 am-3 pm. Shift Lead Key Responsibilities:

• Model a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment free of harassment, discrimination, and workplace hostility
• Model exceptional guest service to all customers and inspire and coach the team to do the same
• Master skills of all floor positions and support partners in executing all tasks from beginning to end

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience in hospitality and/or food service industry
• Exceptional guest service focus and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to build relationships and work successfully as part of a team and lead peers through a task list

Physical Requirements: We work with a conveyer belt oven to produce warm sandwiches and grain bowls. This job requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
