Job description

Growing digital agency seeks experienced marketing coordinator or virtual assistant to join our team. We are a motivated, collaborative team of marketers supporting clients in professional service industries such as legal, financial services, healthcare and more. This is a freelance, 1099 contractor position. We are looking for someone who has experience working in a freelance marketing or VA role.

This individual will be skilled at:

• Following our pre-created templates and systems for marketing projects
• Captioning images sent from clients and scheduling on their social media accounts
• Updating social media profiles
• Using pre-created Canva templates to customize social media graphics
• Adding blog posts to websites and LinkedIn
• Optimizing YouTube videos
• Using standard email systems like MailChimp and Constant Contact to send emails

Knowledge of these platforms will be helpful in this role:

• Canva
• Email marketing tools like MailChimp and Constant Contact
• Asana
• Google Docs
• Dropbox
• Social media scheduling tools like Buffer and Tailwind
