Sociallybrooke is an organic social media marketing company helping businesses grow both organically and socially.

We are looking for a freelance, remote social media manager to join our growing team.

As the Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute social media channel strategies designed to grow the online community, increase channel follower base, and overall organic engagement.

You will own the strategy and positioning of clients across all our various organic social media platforms: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and work closely with our in-house creative team to bring content to life.

We require an individual who possesses a high degree of maturity and professionalism, in addition too strong written and oral skills, project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage current channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
• Create a video strategy for social media that includes Reels
• Monitor social listening & maintain brand voice
• Develop and manage editorial calendar to ensure strategic alignment across departments
• Develop strategies to maximize outreach and increase engagement
• Support sales channel initiatives with original content
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the brand
• Set KPI’s and report on performance of content
• Oversee & design content creation by content team
• Reach out to potential influencers & manage influencer relationships

Requirements:

2+ years of marketing experience or a portfolio submitted if less than 2 years.

• Creative and strategic thinker with experience executing content creation, storytelling, media planning and social/digital.
• Strong understanding of consumers and media consumption habits along with target audiences/consumer profiling and devising strategies that engage, inform and drive the business.
• Exceptional time management, budgeting and organizational skills
• Collaborative and networking skills.
• An individual who is an energizer and an excellent team player.
• Equal parts analytical and creative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
