Position Summary:

We’re looking to hire a video and graphic content creator for our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating graphic and video content to support our marketing strategies. While working both independently and collaboratively with the rest of our marketing team, you will take ownership of graphic and video creation from start to finish.

NJ Lenders Corp. is a leading New Jersey and New York Mortgage Company. Founded in 1991, the company currently originates in over 20 states with more than $40 billion in closed mortgage loans. Many of our mortgage loan originators are nationally recognized as the best in their field.

We currently have a full video production studio where we shoot videos for our loan officers and external partners. Ideal candidates present strong video and image editing skills that can be applied to digital marketing, storytelling, and promoting various mortgage products and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot, edit, and produce promotional and informational videos utilizing appropriate video equipment and editing software
• Credit engaging and brand-aligned graphic and video content for widespread marketing
• Storyboard ideas and ultimately deliver high-quality digital media
• Maintain all photography and videography gear and equipment

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with filming and video editing software
• Strong graphic design experience
• Working familiarity and ease with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Experience setting up and operating video production gear
• Experience creating video content from scratch
• Strong typographical skill and eye for design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work with loan officers and external partners to build ad campaign concepts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
