Role: Head Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

● Responsible for staffing requirements within the studio
● Resolving any staff issues
● Training and development for all trainers
● Creating and maintaining class schedule
● In charge of member retention
● Work directly with General Manager to increase studio utilization and workout traffic
● Provide and maintain a high level of customer service
● Cleanliness of the studio
● Coaching internal and external challenges
● Coach a minimum 12 classes per week
● Audit at least 2 classes per week, this includes completing trainer evaluations and agreeing on areas of improvement
● Deliver pre-designed workouts
● Social Media utilization and creation of weekly specials to promote in the studio as well as during class times
● Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
● Being the subject matter expert when it comes to training and fitness in the studio

Requirements:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
● Passion for health and wellness
● Team player
● Ability to deliver workouts
● CPR/AED certification
● Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
● Experience leading other coaches or personal trainers is preferred

Salary: $33000-$42000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
