We service businesses with daily and weekly freight requirements north of HWY 16 in Alberta and B.C. that want timely delivery and competitive pricing. We build relationships with these businesses that have local decision making and we specialize in mid/last mile delivery.

We currently operate out of Calgary, Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Peace River, Edson, Hinton, Fort St John and Fox Creek!

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Mecahnic to join our Grande Prairie team.

Responsibilities

• Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles.
• Conducting inspections on trucks and trailers.
• Trouble shooting mechanical and electrical problems with fleet vehicles.
• Ordering parts, recording POs and arranging pick up or delivery with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with other mechanics and shop staff.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic (Truck and Transport)
• CVIP Certification preferred
• Class 5 Driver's License
• Class 1 Driver's License is an asset but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
