*General Manager's position available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Ypsilanti, adjacent to Eastern Michigan University*
- This role requires a 6 day work week, 9 hours daily, one weekend off per month with healthcare, vacation, and bonuses.
- GM certifications with IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Choice, and Wyndham will allow for a higher starting annual salary. Candidates MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of experience to be considered for this role.
The GM is responsible for ensuring that all departments are adequately staffed and running efficiently per the brand standards as well as the company's requirements. The leader handles staffing needs, inventory, billing, AR accts, scheduling, rate structures, brand communication and customer care.
Candidates must reside locally to be considered and must be ready to assume role within two weeks of accepting position.
