Hybrid Payroll Specialist

Location: Andover, MA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: From $35/hr.

Payroll Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly multi-state and multiple location payroll for exempt & non-exempt population via Workday.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into payroll system.
• Support payroll manager with year-end W2 preparation including but not limited to: processing, balancing, adjustments and amendments.
• Work directly with external auditors to provide requested information for annual audits
• Work with internal partners in Human Recourses & Finance to facilitate and improve payroll process.
• Collaborate with Treasury to ensure accurate funding requirements for payroll, taxes, benefits, etc.
• Update and reconcile monthly payroll bank transactions.
• Participate in financial month end close, including preparation of accruals, bookings of payroll journal entries, and reconciliation of gl accounts.

Payroll Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Payroll Processing Experience
• Experience with ADP
