Summary of Role & Responsibilities

The Implementation Architect will primarily be responsible for data mapping, data mining, and business and data analysis. Sample projects include:

Efficiently and effectively performing analytics and testing for multiple simultaneous software implementation projects

• Crafting custom data mapping & valuation models for assigned Vision CAMA and Tax implementations, including designing creative system configurations
• Draft specifications for unique project components, including imports, exports, and custom reports
• Create custom client dashboards using PowerBI
• Conduct beta conversion validation and client-facing review sessions
• Develop automated conversion validation routines and standardize validation reports
• Synchronize project team members with customer expectations for optimal client deliveries
• Employ agile methodologies to achieve industry-leading project delivery schedules while maintaining ongoing customer engagement and excitement
• Jump in to help the team and the company succeed whenever possible; there is no shortage of opportunities, and we thrive on team flexibility
• Consulting with the Product team to define critical Vision CAMA product enhancements and gaps for new state entry

Role Evolution

This role will begin with a primary focus on municipal assessment software implementation projects (~90% of the time), with the remaining 10% of the time focused on skill-building and team growth. In addition, role evolution may include ownership of new implementation projects, value calibration and modeling efforts, advanced data engineering opportunities, and exciting continuous improvement projects.

• Skilled in SQL, MS Office, PowerBI, etc
• R, Python, SPSS, or other related experience is a plus
• Real estate assessment industry experience

Total Compensation Package: To be discussed
