Responsibilities

• Contribute to development activities by designing, building, and supporting customizations to ServiceNow to provide useful features to our users
• Develop integrations with other relevant systems
• Assist administrators in resolving issues requiring development intervention
• Familiarize yourself with the business domain and help to provide solutions valuable to the business and end users

Skills

• Basic familiarity with core ServiceNow modules
• Working knowledge of programming in JavaScript
• Experience collaborating with other developers
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of REST APIs preferred
• Familiarity with ITSM and CSM modules preferred
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices preferred
