Part time Landscape Estimator

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent experience
• Must possess the ability to read and understand blueprints of Irrigation and Landscape designs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Blubeam revu
• Professional communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and priority setting skills
• Landscape construction experience (3 years min)
• Work from Home

Responsibilities

• As a part-time Estimator, you are responsible for take offs/ estimates/proposals
• You will occasionally need to discuss project goals and specifics with general contractors if necessary in order to create proposals and come up with ideas for accurate bidding.
• You will coordinate with the Field Supervisors as needed for successful job execution
• Responsible for accurate estimates/proposals for construction projects.
• Asses projects by identifying project requirements (in regard to time, labor, and material costs)
• Make updates to signed contracts if change orders are needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
