Nancy Fritz Designs, LLC is an established business that is growing and looking for new members to join our team! We are a landscape company specializing in native landscape design, installations, irrigation, ornamental care, lawn care, and much more in/around the Seattle area.

A Qualified Candidate:

• Shows knowledge of pruning techniques, planting and pests
• Posseses ornamental, native weed and bulb identification skills, or shows a strong willingness to learn
• Is able to complete physical labor including bending, lifting, digging, kneeling and standing for extended periods of time
• Has a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the industry
• Has experience driving large vehicles and dump trucks
• Is willing to work longer hours during peak season, May-July. We pay overtime!
• Identifies as hardworking, a self-starter, and capable of working independently
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (required)
• Open to opportunities to grow, learn, and build

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00/hour, DOE

Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time

Schedule: Mid-February through November, we work 4, 8 to 10-hour shifts (3-day weekends) / December through Mid-February, we work 5, 7 to 8-hour shifts due to a lack of daylight hours
