CLOVR Life Spa Cobblestone Lake in Apple Valley, MN is currently seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our dedicated and growing team. About Us:

CLOVR Life Spa is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and beauty of our clients through the benefits of experiencing our vast collections of luxurious, yet affordable, spa services. Our unique membership model encourages clients to receive multiple services that fulfill their desired spa experience. We currently have almost 700 members, but you do not need to be a member to visit CLOVR. We are located in robust and growing area with continuing development. We are surrounded by a solid economic base of dual income residents who work hard, but also believe in self-care.

At CLOVR, we focus on a holistic 360° approach that balances, re-centers and harmonizes your overall well-being through a personalized menu of services that address the key elements of mind, body and spirit. In a calm, and stress-free environment where you can truly relax and leave the world behind. CLOVR chooses organic whenever possible. Our massage therapists use lotion or gel, we do not use oil at CLOVR. We also offer an array of popular add-ons that increase your revenue per service such as Eco-fin Hydration Dips, Cold-stone facial rocks, CBD lotion, and some of our artists do cupping and warm bamboo sticks.

Products used and sold at CLOVR include Skinceuticals, EmerginC, Sparitual, and Minnesota grown and organic Carpe Diem CBD products.

In addition to Massage Therapy services, other services provided by the spa are:

• Skin Care, including facials, peels, HydraFacials, Skin Pen, and Botox
• Waxing
• Manicures and Pedicures, Gel Nails

Your role as a Licensed Massage Therapist will be vital to the spa, as you:

• Combine your expertise and artistry along with our protocols and modalities to create a customized experience that meets and exceeds client expectations. We deliver an elevated experience for our guests.
• Build and maintain relationships with members and guests assisting in each guests goal for his/her body and well being.
• Delivering a safe, relaxing and therapeutic experience.

What’s in it for you?

• Hourly Rate + commission + tips. The average hourly rate our therapists earn is $45-50+ per hour. Our guests tip an average of 18-20% for a service. We are a very busy spa with almost 700 members.
• Flexible work schedule. You can work as few as 4 hours per week or up to 24. Most of our massage artists work an average of 15, but not more than 22 per week. We do not want injuries! If you are self-employed, you must not work within 10 miles of the spa. We do require a set schedule.
• An amazing culture and thriving work environment where you will be consistently challenged and appreciated
• State of the art facility that is three years old. We are bright, very clean with mid-century modern design. Our electronic and heated massage tables are the best in the business. No breaking your back here. Our treatment rooms are oversized, 10x13, so there's plenty of room to navigate around the table. Our couple's room is large and we do a significant amount of couple's massages.
• NOTE: our massages include 5 min of consultation and undress and 5 min of post consultation/hydration and guide to exit, therefore, our 60 min massages are 50 min hands-on, etc. We do offer 30/60/90/120 massages and prenatal massage with high end full body pregnancy bolsters.

Successful Candidates MUST have:

• Minnesota License in Massage Therapy
• Experienced in massage therapy, knowledge of anatomy and proper massage mechanics
• Pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn an assortment of spa services and products
• Must understand punctuality. We live by the clock.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Available for late afternoon, night and weekend shifts (CLOVR is open 6 days a week)(Closes at 7 PM Tues & Weds, 8 PM Thurs & Fri, 6 PM Sat and 5 PM Sun) Massage Therapists may work 3 and 4 hour shifts. For example a massage therapist may work 2-7PM, 3-7PM, 4-8PM. We have flexibility.

• We make people happy here! Our job is to make sure they leave better than when they arrived! If you tend to look at the cup as half empty, you're not going to like it here. We have fun.
