Prep Cook/ Kitchen Staff responsibilities: Provide customer satisfaction in our restaurant through recipe execution. Prepare high quality food for our Guests; setup cook stations according to company guidelines and standards, ensure all prep items are available on the cook line at all times.

Duties include but not limited to:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely fashion in accordance to recipe, portion control and presentation designation. Restock all items as needed throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, organized cook station in compliance with company standards and procedures. Assist with cleaning, sanitation, organization and maintenance of kitchen coolers, cook stations and food storage areas. Follow proper food handling and storage standards. Perform other duties as assigned by Management Staff.

Requirements

18 years of age +

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, experienced in working as a team player. Must have intermediate knife handling skills. Knowledge and principles of dealing directly with the public. Understanding restaurant POS system. Food handlers permit required. Physical demands of the job include; standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on a semi regular basis.
