Logistic coordinator & Customer service
Playwell is an importer and wholesaler for children toys in Canada, our office is close to the intersection of Kennedy Rd & Ellesmere Rd.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate activity between order desk, warehouse, customers and carriers to ensure all orders are being shipped in a complete and timely manner.
Create and manage shipping appointment, documentation, labels and invoices for all the outbound shipments on a daily basis.
Perform daily review of pending shipping.
Conduct investigations of problems or issues and make recommendations for corrective actions.
Answer telephones and direct customers as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Multi-tasking skills.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail.
Ability to engage appropriately and work as part of a team.
Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Experience: one year of previously related experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,400.00-$3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
