Quest Disposal & Recycling Inc is currently seeking a full-time Lube Technician for our fleet maintenance facility in Vegreville, AB.

Job Summary: Complete preventative maintenance on company equipment.

• Lube tech will change a vehicle’s oil, check the transmission fluid and other fluid levels, inspect various belts and filters, and check air levels and gauges.
• Clean and tidy shop
• Check over truck, tie up loose hoses, replenish fluids, check for broken parts, listen for air leaks.
• Oil & lube technician will be required to do tire work such as Inspect tires for proper inflation and wear.
• Start up and pre-trip inspection of equipment so it is ready for drivers in the morning.
• Must be able to pass a pre employement physical test
• Complete work orders and prepare oil samples for testing.

Shift Cycle:

• Monday through Friday Nights
• Weekends may be required from time to time

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment tests
• Mechanical Experience on Heavy Duty Trucks and Trailers
• Must be able to work with limited supervision
• Trustworthy and Accountable
• Reliable and Dependable
• Organized and ability to keep work areas clean and tidy

Salary: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
