Education:
- High school diploma or GED required - vocational/technical graduate preferred.
- Vocational / Technical Degree: Maintenance, mechanical, or other trade program (Preferred)
License and Certifications:
- Valid PA Driver's License (required)
Experience:
- Power Plant Experience (desired, not required)
- 4 years commercial / industrial / institutional facilities operational experience (Required)
- 3 Year of facilities maintenance in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
- NFPA 101 or 99 training preferred or general knowledge of health care regulatory (Preferred)
- Preferred Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, CMMS competency
