Manager, Customer Service & Deployment

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Manager, Customer Service will be a proven self-starter with a strong ability to manage and lead teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy and detail. You will have a “Can Do” attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment. The ability to multi-task and problem solve is crucial. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing the front line of our strategy of being ‘Customer Focused in Everything We Do’.


The Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 5+ years of Leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal & external Customers to meet company objectives and customer needs
  • High working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
  • High sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize
  • Bilingualism would be considered an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute customer service & deployment procedures, policies and vision
  • Develop key relationships with Customers, Sales and other cross functional departments
  • Manage Team Leads for both Customer Service and Deployment departments, including roles and responsibilities, goals and objectives with multiple check-ins during the year
  • Maintain accurate records, publish reports to support daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD activity both internally and externally
  • Facilitate Supply Chain Managers meetings to ensure Service and Customer Focus
  • Work with CS Director and Process Lead on Organizational initiatives, projects and enhancements
