Responsible for the execution of the CAO and HHO ordering systems and the Vendor Collaboration tool within their Region (up to 110 stores). The effective use of these systems will drive the performance of store level in-stock position and working capital for the region. This individual will partner with the District Directors and Regional Vice President in developing and documenting the strategy and implementation plans for improving Sales, Inventory levels and Shrink. The Regional Manager has responsibility to visit stores and identify opportunities within the CAO, HHO and Vendor Collaboration systems, ensure the stores are adhering to the business practices, develop remediation plans with Store Managers and communicate results to District Directors and Regional Vice Presidents.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the attainment of key performance metrics for CAO and HHO ordering systems. Review performance results and store assessments with the RVPs and District Director
  • Responsible for the attainment of key performance metrics for CAO and HHO - backroom inventory, on-shelf availability, order overrides, order times and CAO Alerting compliance.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and overall execution of store replenishment in all departments. Function as the subject matter expert for the CAO and HHO ordering systems, the Vendor Collaboration tool and is the primary point of contact for any store questions or issues. Provide the necessary level of leadership and support through coaching and mentoring to ensure store replenishment resources are successful. Each RM attends their weekly Regional calls identifying and prioritizing opportunities to drive Sales and manage Inventory levels through the ordering systems.
  • Communicate with Divisional Supply Chain Lead on regional demand changes and overall forecast accuracy improvement. Responsible to work with the Division for store inventory levels
  • Interface with the Divisional Supply Chain Lead on regional demand changes (seasonal, event, weather, etc.) and overall forecast accuracy improvement objectives. Identifies with the stores further replenishment parameter and forecast adjustments to enable order generation to be tightly integrated to consumer demand. This position will then provide store specific parameter adjustment recommendations to the Divisional Supply Chain Lead and the Store Replenishment Lead North/South who in turn will work back with the Systems Support team and RDF Replenishment Leads.
  • Responsible to work with the Division for store inventory levels. This position is responsible for approving plan-o-gram capacities and accuracy every two weeks within the region before rollout. This position provides feedback to the CAO Lead and Space Management and provides recommendations for shelf capacity adjustments. On a seasonal basis, the RM partners with the Division Fresh teams on the proper safety stocks levels in HHO for all stores.
  • Oversight of ordering product for all new stores, remodels and resets within the region. Responsible for all store replenishment order parameter and safety stock settings/issues during new store opening/remodel/resets. Coordinate the use of store resources within the District to assist with training and implementation. Develop the plan for the timing of orders and deliveries with the Store Management team.
  • Partner with Support Office on key initiatives as well as vendors at the store level to ensure that stores have variety and on-shelf available to meet demand

Essential Skills


  • 8-10 years experience; 3 years within store operations
  • Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience required, multi-unit experience preferred
