Schematic Design an affiliate of The Decorators Unlimited is seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our new company’s brand and services. We would like to find a candidate with extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify and pursue new business leads, as well as, the ability to create and execute opportunities for civic involvement. A few must haves we are looking for: positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced organization, excellent writing & communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize. Knowledge of custom millwork, interior design and home furnishings industries is a plus.

Social Media:

§ Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz) to create content, engagement, monitor account activity, reply to all messages and comments, and engage with like-minded accounts.

§ Create/monitor/tailor paid ads to enhance our reach, connections, social media leads, website leads, phone call leads, engagement, and amplify existing/new relationships with realtors, architects, clients, designers and builders in our industry.

§ Support on-site events with social media promotion and exposure.

§ Create and manage social calendar displaying all published content on social media and name of project.

§ Track competitive social profiles and activity.

§ Analyze data to gain insight.

§ Properly reply to and direct all incoming inquiries.

Media:

§ Create and execute photography, videos, and graphics to use as marketing and promotional material.

§ Work with professional photographers to shoot finalized projects, as well as, stage photo shoots both in and out of the boutique.

Business Development:

§ Research new connections to associate with and potentially collaborate on future business opportunities.

§ Email high-end realtors, architects, and builders to collaborate on future jobs

§ Package and distribute portfolios.

§ Act as a liaison between our company and outside media outlets (local communities, magazines, news outlets)

§ Stage signage at new construction projects.

Email Marketing:

§ Generate new contacts to add to our expanding email list.

§ Create content layouts to send as e-blasts promoting our past projects, upcoming projects, or major company updates.

Website:

§ Help manage and maintain company website and overall digital presence.

§ Create and edit monthly blogs in efforts to continuously add fresh content to our website, enhance our keyword rich content, and highlight the company’s latest news and developments.

SEO:

§ Assist with updating our list of keywords.

§ Increase keyword ranking.

§ Support our SEO consultant as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
